1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Personal care items (such as baby wipes, diapers), innerwear, and customized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size and color issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
  • Exchange is subject to the returned item meeting our quality check.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for valid returns (damaged, defective, or wrong products).
  • Once the returned product passes quality checks, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may opt for a return after delivery.

5. Exceptions

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
